300 people took part in last weekends British Heart Foundation South Downs Challenge which was based at the Country Park. There was a choice of three routes, 8.5, 15 and 20 miles which took the competitors on circular routes out in to the beautiful East Hampshire countryside. The QE cafe opened up at 6.00am to cope with the early start and the volume of hungry people, with bacon rolls proving the most popular item on the menu.
